Persamaan Ejen Hartanah dan Perunding Hartanah ialah konsultan atau orang yang menguruskan transaksi Jual, Beli atau Sewa hartanah.<\/p>\n\n

So anda boleh lantik samada perunding hartanah atau ejen hartanah bagi menjual atau sewaan rumah.<\/p>\n\n

Jadi Apa Perbezaan Ejen Hartanah Dengan Perunding Hartanah ?<\/h2>\n\n

Bagi orang awam, ejen hartanah adalah sama dengan perunding hartanah. Tiada yang berbeda.<\/p>\n\n

Perbezaan hanya nampak apabila melibatkan Lembaga Penilai, Pentaksir, Ejen Hartanah dan Pengurus Harta (LPPEH)<\/p>\n\n

Melalui proses yang ketat seperti mempunyai kelulusan peringkat sijil, diploma atau ijazah yang diiktiraf oleh LPPEH.\u00a0

Seterusnya menjadi Ejen Hartanah Percubaan (PEA) selama 2 tahun dan lulus\u00a0Work Diary<\/em>.

Lulus oral exam iaitu 4 areas, Task 1 dan Task 2.<\/td>\n
Sesiapa boleh menjadi Perunding Hartanah dengan menghadiri Sijil Kursus Perunding Hartanah selama 2 hari (Negotiator Certification Course<\/em>).

Tiada oral exam.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Menjadi supervisor kepada Perunding Hartanah atau REN.

Setiap Ejen Hartanah boleh mempunyai maksima 50 perunding hartanah.<\/td>\n

Kebiasaanya Ejen Hartanah adalah pemilik kepada agensi hartanah samada milikan tunggal atau sendirian berhad (sdn bhd).<\/p>\n

So lepas ni kalau ada Perunding Hartanah yang melakukan kesalahan atau penipuan sepanjang menguruskan transaksi jual-beli atau sewa, anda boleh terus melaporkan kepada Ejen Hartanah yang menjadi supervisor.<\/p>\n
